Good morning ServiceDesk Plus.

We are writing from Telnet Nigeria Limited, Lagos, Nigeria.

We are currently having very serious issues on the ServiceDesk application. We discovered that when requesters log in with their requesters, they are able to update their details which automatically gets updated on the administrative end.

Kindly provide us with a quick solution to this issue. We don’t want the UPDATE DETAILS TAB to appear in the requester’s view.
